    Miles is a proven Sr. Executive with incontrovertible international and domestic
    successes, and has specialized in new/emerging companies and technologies over the past 10
    years. Miles is well versed in all aspects of corporate infrastructure, comprehensive business
    management, profitable business growth and distressed business turn-around. His tech industry
    experience includes company start up, multinational operations, strategic product management,
    and "greenfield" factory construction & operations launch. He is considered an expert in Asian
    business having expatriated there 8 years and traveled worldwide for (25) yrs in business ventures.

    Prior to working with NeoKinetics, Inc., Mr. Prim was the founding CEO, President and Board
    Member of ITest Ltd., in Seoul Korea. His previous positions include: COO of Surfect Technologies,
    VP/GM of Kulicke & Soffa Wafer Test Division, VP Corp Product Operations Amkor Technology,
    VP Corp Worldwide Test Amkor Technology, VP/GM Amkor Pilipinas and GM Worldwide
    Manufacturing Operations at Western Digital Corporation. Miles has 30 years experience in
    global business management of high tech industry companies throughout the world.

    Miles received his education at Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Long Beach, Wharton School of
    Finance, and College of Great Falls Montana.
