    With over 20 years of diverse experience in start-up and  high growth companies,
    Mr. Doty is the Managing Director of NeoKinetics. Inc.. Matt specializes in
    developing, introducing and deploying the systems, infrastructure and associated
    processes for new products, technologies and information systems. .

    Prior to NeoKinetics, Mr. Doty's industry experience has included key positions at
    Amkor Technology, Silicon Bandwidth, Telecommunication Techniques Corporation (now JDSU),
    International Rectifier and Fairchild Semiconductor. His management responsibilities have
    encompassed Research and Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality,
    Reliability, Sales, Marketing, Business Development,  Product Management, and Venture
    Financing.

    Mr. Doty received his MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS from The University of
    California (Berkeley).  He is an internationally recognized expert in semiconductor reliability and
    new product introduction and holds a patent for methods to hermetically seal plastic packages.   
    He previously provided leadership in international technical standards bodies as the Chairman of
    JEDEC JC14.1 Reliability Test Methods Group and JEDEC JC14.3 Qualification Methods Group,
    US Liaison to the JEDEC/EIAJ Reliability Working Group, and US Delegate to TC47 Reliability
    Standards Group of the International Electrotechnical Committee (IEC).
